Room in 2 bedroom flat on Lark Lane

Hi I am looking to find a flatmate to take a great double room in the flat I have been renting for 2 years. The room is available due to my flatmate leaving for abroad.

The flat is on the second floor located in a recently re-developed unit of apartments, above a quiet cafe on Lark Lane, about 1 minute walk to the very popular Sefton Park. Lark Lane is famous for its many eating, drinking and social establishments. The room to rent is at the rear of the flat, which leaves road noise to a minimum.

The flat has a large living room-kitchen to the front of the property, which has new fully fitted kitchen with integrated washer/dryer, electric hob/oven, fridge, freezer. The furniture is my own and in great condition. At present there is no Broadband as the contract just ran out, but as soon as I know you would like to take the room, I can set this up quickly.

The flat has a bath/shower, electric heating, carpet throughout, electronic entry system to the front entrance, parking available down the adjacent side street and limited amount on Lark Lane itself, but I have never had a problem finding a space.

I have a full time 9-5 job which can keep me pretty busy, but I'm easy to get on with, respectful, and enjoy having a laugh with anyone. I would be happy to answer any further questions and show you around, the room is available immediately.
