Hi, I have lived here for 18 months and loved every bit. I sadly have got a job in a different city and have to leave.

All housemates are very friendly, everyone has their own space but also a comfy sitting room and warm kitchen if you do want to hang out (the 3 big couches are great!).

The landlord runs the letting agency we deal with which means all repairs are promptly addressed without issue. We get in touch with him directly and he's quite sound.

All bills have averaged at approx £30 pcm (max). So total cost of living here for rent, council tax (landlord pays this), broadband, heating, electricity, and tv license is £300pcm.

Not paying council tax and the bills split between four people has been a massive bonus living here. We also just paid the water bill (pay every 6 months) so you won't have to pay that until April.

Complete new bathroom just installed. Also boiler is less than a year old so hot water and heating is guaranteed throughout the cold weather!

With Sefton park on our doorstep the house is 5mins walk from tesco, 10/15mins on bus to town (bus stop 2mins away). Lark lane with its bohemian bars and restaurants is 10mins walk away so great nightlife available without having to go into town.
