Hi, I have a room to rent in my house available from the end of October.

The room is a fully furnished good sized double - the room available is not actually show (sorry), it is bigger with a bay window bed, wardrobe and chest of draws - please come and view to see it in its glory!! The house is a 3 bed terrace with GCH and double glazing. There is a shared lounge, kitchen/ dining room, bathroom and yard/garden. All standard amenities including wireless broadband.

Gas, electricity, water and council tax bills are included. On street parking is always available.

The house is in a lovely area, close to Sefton Park. The bars, restaurants and shops on Lark Lane are only a few minutes walk away and there are excellent transport links to town, airport etc.
