The House has been renovated to a very high standard. Although original sash windows were required (conservation area) high quality double glazed sash windows have been fitted, all outside walls have been insulated during a complete refurbishment. There is a large kitchen diner with dishwasher and living area (open plan) with TV opening onto terrace and garden; separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of private space in this house and whilst this is not a party house the girls do socialize together and are looking for a professional person who wants a really comfortable house and to be part of a household. The girls in the house do a variety of jobs including nurse, radiologist, physio, teacher. There is no deposit but we do take references.
