Large double room available in Aigburth

Hi weary flat hunter, myself and my girlfriend currently rent one of the rooms in this large two-bedroom second floor flat, and we're looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom. The rent is £350 a month, including all bills, and really fast internet/wifi.

The first thing to note about this room is that it is HUGE, and nice and bright. It is ideal if you like having lots of your own space. This room is currently used as a music room, but will of course be cleared out in the near future. The room comes with a sofa bed and large wooden wardrobe, but both or either of these can be taken out if you'd prefer to have the room unfurnished.

The flat itself has a shared kitchen/lounge, which you can see in the pictures. The lounge has a flatscreen TV, games console/media centre and hi-fi system. The kitchen has all appliances including washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom is spacious, and has a bathtub/shower.

We rent this flat from a private landlord, who is excellent - any problems are resolved promptly with no messing around. There are no agencies or agency fees here. The flat is located within a few minutes walking distance of Lark Lane, and all the lovely shops and restaurants you can find there. It's very close to Sefton Park, and its underrated neighbour, Princes Park. Bus and train links are within 10-15 mins walk. We've lived here for almost 3 years and it's a lovely part of Liverpool.

You'll be sharing the flat with myself and my girlfriend. We're very musical and teach music lessons out of the flat, so if the thought of someone singing scales up and down in the early evening makes you groan, this may not be the flat for you! We also have a friendly pet cat. We're both in our mid-late twenties and enjoy cooking, films, and have a variety of nerdy pursuits including video/board games.
