I am looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, tidy (but laid-back!) to share my home. Monday - Friday share considered.

This mid-terraced house is well maintained and homely with laminate/ tile pretty much throughout, a real coal fire and a large back yard that is a great sun trap in the summer.

There is a f/f kitchen with open plan dining room with all mod cons incl dishwasher. Shared Bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Large lounge. Central heating, double glazing.

Five minutes from Sefton Park and all the amenities on Lark Lane. Also five mins walk to a little Tesco and other shops on Aigburth Road or few mins drive to bigger supermarkets.

Convenient for both bus routes and rail, with 82 bus stop a couple mins from end of road and ten minutes walk to St Michaels train station so quick links to city centre and beyond.
