Spacious Double Room in Lively Shared Home

Hey guys, my names Roxy, I'm 30 years old and I'm looking for some new housemates to come live with me. At the moment there's me and 1 other girl who's a mental health nurse, she's 26. The house was left to me, but I'm not ready to live in it by myself so my fam suggested I get housemates. I'm not a landlord as such but I do keep things in check and it is my home so a certain level of respect is expected.
Anyway,
The room is big with a double bed, bedside table, shelving unit, drawers and built in wardrobe. It also has two velux windows.

There is a large communal living room and kitchen. We have sky and a dishwasher too because who can be arsed with dishes?! We also have a cleaner which we rota the cost for so it's basically 20 quid a month. There's a lot to clean because it's a big house and basically noone wants to clean up so we just pay someone else to do it haha!

The house is situated very close to Sefton park on a quiet street with lark lane, bus stops and train station all within walking distance.

There's 2 bathrooms, both been refurbed in the last 5 years.
