HOUSE 1 (professional)

The Bedrooms are large and very nicely furnished, you won't be disappointed, the loft rooms are especially beautiful, the rooms don't become available too often because the tenants know when they're onto a winner! There are 3 bathrooms/toilets in the house, which is a good situation for professionals working 9-5 who need the bathroom at similar times.

HOUSE 2 (Student House, Situated opposite house 1).
The very small single room will be available from March 2024, that would suit somebody who is looking to stick to a very tight budget, it has a single raised bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and more storage space underneath, and to one side there is a desk.
The house is directly across the road from this advertised professional house, it has 3 bedrooms with the same size shared spaces as house 1.

All kinds of shops, restaurants, and small alfresco style bars are situated 1 minute away on Allerton Road. It is an amazing place to live, especially in the summertime. :)

The M62 is 5 minutes drive away, and the major bus routes are at the end of the road, as well as a Tesco Express and Costa Coffee.

The bills are managed by one of the tenants, a set amount (a bit all over the place atm whilst prices settle) a month each is put in the pot, the bills are paid and any leftovers are split and change given back, Council tax and water are managed by me. Simple. It's cheaper for tenants to manage their bills and have the heating on/off when you agree to it! The other option is the bills are all in, and the landlord decides when the heating is on/off (or charges for having the heating on all the time). All included bills mean the landlord will make a little bit more off you. They aren't going to lose money for organizing your bills, are they?!!! ;)
