We have one single room with queen size bed in a lovely house share in a nice residential area of Liverpool. Excellent location with good transport links and access to supermarkets.
Current tenants are three female professionals in their 20s. It's a friendly house. Enjoy nights out at the weekend, but tend to be fairly quiet during the week.
We're easygoing, clean and looking for people who are like minded to share our lovely home.
We have a shared living room with Virgin TV and a patio area at the back of the house. Rent includes council tax and water. Other bills- electricity and gas shared evenly and work out at roughly £40 per month each.
