This house was bought in the Spring, and ALL the furniture was bought May 2015. Beds, wardrobes, sofas, all of it.

4 girls started the tenancy in May, one of them is sadly leaving in December and so time for someone new. They really are a lovely bunch, you should definitely meet them!

We will get updated photos shortly. The living room has a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, glass dining table and chairs and glass TV stand.

All the appliances are brand new as of May - vacuum, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, plus a new freezer.

Brand new Smart TV with Virgin TV and 50 MB are also included in the rent.

Benefits also include, fridge, seperate freezer, washing machine, seperate tumble dryer, alarm system.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The rent includes all bills, plus council tax, tv licence and hi-speed broadband is included too! The room was just painted last week, is getting a new window and as mentioned all rooms come with brand new furniture.

ABOUT THE TENANTS
Three friendly girls in their mid-20s who have lived in the area for a while. This isn't a party house, just a lovely home where you can relax and share a glass of wine or a cup of tea!

We're looking for people who appreciate everyone's need for time to themselves and respect each others' privacy, but above all are affable, approachable, good-natured, sociable and friendly. It's a laidback household, no-one intense or loud or dramatic!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house sits off Penny Lane, in a lovely sought-after part of South Liverpool. The area has a young professional vibe, with its many bars, restaurants, shops, library and supermarkets, and is a good safe neighbourhood to live in. You have Rose Lane and Lark Lane nearby, and main bus routes are just a few minutes walk away, with easy links into the city centre. Plus the house is just a 5 minute drive from the M62, South Parkway and Mossley Hill railway stations.
