I have a double room to rent. It is furnished but can be unfurnished if required.
My house is on a quiet street 30 seconds walk from the park and 3-4 minutes walk from the train station with direct routes to West Kirby, Liverpool, New Brighton and Birkenhead where you can easily change to go to Chester and Ellesmere port.
There is a shared bathroom and living room with a large communal kitchen diner. I also have a yard to the rear.
The other housemates are easy going, love to chat and socialise but also respect each others privacy. We are looking for a trustworthy, friendly person who needs a room in a happy home.
