Large attic room with washroom to rent

We are looking for a lodger/housemate to live in our spacious attic room. We’re in Tranmere, 10 minutes' walk from Green Lane station and less than 5 minutes' drive from the Birkenhead tunnel for connections to Liverpool. Easy walking distance of Birkenhead town centre. The house is a large Victorian mid-terrace with a large back yard, near the parks and new health centre. We’re not just after a lodger to hide in the attic, we’d love to have someone who would hang out with us (especially as one of us works some very odd shift patterns! ) and be part of the family.
WE OFFER:
A large attic room, roughly 4m square, with a wash room and loo next door.
Room comes with 4 foot bed, a wardrobe, two drawer unit and a table. Bedding is available if required.
Bills included: Gas, water, electricity, Virgin Media phone line, TV and Wifi
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Non-smoker, preferably female professional, ideally in 20s or 30s.
You need to not be allergic to cats: we have a large one.
WE ARE:
Married couple and a massive cat.
We’re pretty quiet, not much in the way of parties, but we love hanging out, chatting, going to the cinema, walks in the countryside etc.
