This property is a deceptively large six bedroom house.
Only a short walk from Crosby & Blundellsands station, it's an easy commute to Bootle or Liverpool. Quick driving access to M57 and M58. Short walk, jog, cycle to Crosby beach for glorious sunsets, fresh air and Anthony Gormley's Another Place.
We let two spacious double rooms. A 5 night let Sunday to Thursday inclusive is £450 a month. 7 nights can be considered at £550. The decor is neutral.
Both rooms have a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, chair and a flat screen TV. There is unlimited high speed broadband. They're sunny, bright and quiet.
The heart of the home is a modern kitchen area with a larder style fridge and similarly large freezer, two ovens, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide crockery, cutlery pans. This is open to a comfortable living area with a large couch, chairs and open fire. Also linked is a large dining area which over looks the garden.
There is one large bathroom which comprises of W. C. sink, bath and large walk in shower area with a wet room heated floor. There is also a second separate toilet on the ground floor with a washing machine. We have a private living room at the front of the house. There is parking on the road. There is also a patio area with garden furniture.
We provide fresh towels and all bedding. Loo rolls & liquid soap are provided.
We require references and there is strictly no smoking in all bedrooms and communal areas. The ideal lodger would be professional, male or female, between 35 and 60. This property is lovely and loved, please contact us for more information or to arrange a viewing.
