I have a furnished double room to let in the large semi which has been my home for the last 25 years. I am not seeking a companion as such, and there is sufficient space for separate living, eg two bathrooms and sitting rooms, but we would share the kitchen and utility room.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to merseyrail northern line and buses, and is 15 minutes walk from Crosby beach. On occasion my adult children visit with their partners. Would suit a professional woman who needs quiet lodgings while looking for more permanent accommodation.
