We are close to the A41 for buses and a short walk to Capenhurst station, within walking distance of Urenco and the TMF plant and a couple of minutes drive to the M53, M56 and Cheshire Oakes
There are 2 cats and a small dog in the house.
The garden is large pleasant and quiet and it is peaceful here.
We are early risers and we do turn in early so you are guaranteed peace and quiet

No couples, smoking outside only please.
Rent is £450 per month payable in advance with a deposit of £450. At least one reference is required.
