Good size double room, furnished, with unlimited WiFi and tv point (Freeview). Shared facilities: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Separate fridge available. Shared kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. Shared lounge. Enclosed garden to rear of property (- which is maintained courtesy of my parents). Driveway fits two cars comfortably. Property is semi-detached house located in quite cul-de-sac. Lovely neighbours all round. Really nice place to live. Close to local shops, Cheshire oaks/town centre, lot of bus routes for the Wirral, Liverpool and Chester. Close to M56/M53/A41.
I'm looking for a clean, tidy and independent house mate. Must like pets (I have two cats).
