I have spare room available to let in my property in gateacre. its quiet residential area and beautiful character property (listed cottage) decorated to high standard. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower and living / kitchen / dining room/study downstairs. I work full time and usually leave house early to go gym on weekdays and as I work am only here evenings and weekends. Have a cat who mainly sleeps!! I am fairly sociable but don't have any wild parties as I work a lot. I mainly like a quiet life so looking for someone similar really. Am not totally boring though I don't mind the odd night out and enjoy a glass of wine now and again of weekend.
The room itself has single bed at moment but would fit small double.
Don't have driveway but plenty off road parking available close by.
