I have a very spacious 4 bedroom house with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms to rent in Grassendale. Perfect location close to liverpool John Lennon Arirport and also Speke Retail Park. 5 mins stroll to the river and close to all pubs and shops on Aigburth Road and close to the river for a stroll.

The price 285 PCM but this is negotiable. I have 2 rooms to let that would suit someone who maybe works in the Airport or young professionals who work in the city. Bus stops at the top of road and car parking outside available. There is currently one other person in the house, a young professional male that has been in the house for a very long period and is very happy there.
