I have a double room to rent in my flat in the Spinnakers in Aigburth (right next to the river).
AVAILABLE SHORT TERM - 1ST APRIL 2016 to early June 2016
Room has chest of drawers, walkin cupboard and wardrobe, currently has no bed, can provide a bed if needed
Property is in really nice condition and has everything you need, except a dishwasher! Room is the master double and can be fully furnished.
Rent will include all bills.
As for me, I'm Ant, I'm 27 and an Accountant working in St Helens. Easy to get along with, enjoy watching the footy, movies, pub, nights out etc.
Feel free to ask any questions etc. IT'S BEST TO TEXT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE AS I WILL USUALLY BE IN WORK.
