For those who don't know Hoylake, it is situated at the very top of the Wirral, has its own beach, two train stations (giving access to Birkenhead within 16 minutes, and Liverpool within 23 minutes) and a large number of bars and restaurants. The house is within 5 minutes walk of the beach and the town centre.
