Double room Flexible Rental Options

This is a double room to let in a pleasant house within walking distance of Arrowe Park Hospital and with easy access to Liverpool City Centre.

This room can be rented for £25 per night (minimum 3 nights), £150 per full week, or £600 per calender month.

No deposit is required and the room rental is flexible as described above, so would suit contract workers/part-time rental.

You’ll love my place because the rooms are bright, it's in a quiet area, and has warm and friendly atmosphere. We are used to having guests here and would like you to feel it is your home from home.

The room itself is bright and has a double bed and large mirrored wardrobe for your use.

You are more than welcome to use my garden which has decking and a little bistro table and chairs.

You can help yourself to free tea and coffee from my kitchen, toast and cereal for breakfast and you can use the kitchen to cook your own meals.

The wi-fi, central heating (morning and evening in winter and as necessary in summer months) and electricity are all inclusive. You may use the washing machine as well.

The bathroom is shared. Smoking is OK outside the property.

There is on-street parking available if you have a car.

There is a cat called 'Magenta' living in the house although she spends a lot of time outside in the garden. She can be kept out of the way if you're not keen on cats.

Close to the property you will find some pubs, restaurants and small local shops within walking distance. Not far away in Heswall and West Kirby, there are a wide range of pubs, restaurants and shops, beaches, a sailing club, and leisure activities a sports centre and swimming pool. All around here there are many public footpaths if you like walking and the beautiful Wirral Way which follows the coast line. If you have your own transport Liverpool centre is a 20 minute drive away, Chester is about 30 minutes and Manchester about 50 minutes.
