I currently have a nicely furnished double room ready to move into. The rooms/house has very fast 100 mbs Wi-Fi and TV aerial extensions so freeview is also available in all the bedrooms. Virgin Tivo is in the shared living room. All bedrooms have locks fitted so are safe and secure. There is a south facing rear garden which gets lots of sun with plenty of seating where we have enjoyed having BBQs. Some of the tenants have also used the garden for growing their own food. In the garden there is also sheltered storage for bicycles.
The current housemates are myself I'm a 32 year old male who works in retail. I enjoy cycling, playing my Xbox and spending time with my girlfriend and children. Roza is a very pleasant and polite polish lady who has lived with me for one year. Roza also works full time and spends her spare time talking to friends and family online.
The house is close to local shops and small businesses at either end of the road such as convenience stores, off licence, pharmacy, take aways and more within 5 minutes walking distance. The large Tesco is about 15 minutes walking distance and the train station is about 1 mile though there are bus stops at either end of the road.
I've lived in and rented rooms from this home for 12 years and had great times.
