Hi, my name is Kate and am looking for a new housemate to share my home.
Room available is a good sized bedroom, and easily fits a double bed, wardrobe and space for book shelves , t. v. Etc. i. Part furnished .
The house is quiet , with front / back lounge and back yard with decking . The bathroom has large shower and just been renovated . Kitchen has all appliances and has kitchen dining area , again just been painted and a nice space to eat.
I have wifi available and local amenities are really close and a short walk from local train station and main bus routes.
I also have cat called Squishy . I work full time and am a fairly active person , so out and about a lot .
