The house is located on a quiet road with resident'™s only parking. It'€™s quiet but conveniently located close to the Rocket junction and M62.

Broadgreen rail station is a 7 minutes walk. Liverpool Airport is 7 miles. Liverpool City Centre is 10 minutes by bus or 3 stops on the train.

The room measures 14ft by 10ft, is rear facing and has a double bed. It overlooks the rear garden area (North West facing). The room contains fitted wardrobes, as well as bedside cabinets.

The entire house is centrally heated via a combi-boiler. The bathroom offers a bath and separate shower enclosure with an electric shower.

The house has 2 living rooms to provide some space and privacy for both residents. There is a cable internet connection over WiFi. There's a Wii and PS3 plugged into either room.

Television is Virgin and theres a Virgin Tivo and Freeview HD box in either room.

Kitchen has washer and tumble drier, as well as dishwasher, microwave and an 8 ring range cooker. There is an 'American style' fridge/freezer and ample cupboard storage.

The garden has a decked patio area, separated from the turfed lawn by balustrading. There is a large table and 4 chairs, barbecue and patio wood burner.

The garage offers some storage space, as does the loft, which is accessible from the available bedroom.

Due to a busy workload, I use the services of a cleaner who visits every 2 weeks to clean communal areas. Her fees are included in the monthly rental amount.

There's just the non-smoking, 24/7 shift working owner in the house, plus two dogs (Chocolate Labrador and a Beagle) and the driveway will accomodate 2 cars.

There is off-road parking in this residents only parking area.
