Large lounge - perfect for relaxing after work. Bathroom with shower plus an additional shower room.

We are looking for professional house mates (or mature / postgrad students) who are friendly, respectful clean and tidy and who appreciate that other house mates have to work and need a relaxed house and a good night's sleep. If you are looking for all night parties then this house is not for you!

The other house mates are Monica from Costa Rica, Adrian from Poland and Huruy from Tigray. They are all working professionals.

A Cleaner cleans the communal areas every few weeks.

Friendly, reliable, local landlord. Registered with Liverpool City Council. Always available to deal with problems - no Agency to deal with and no hidden fees! ALL BILLS INCLUDED: Water, BROADBAND WIFI, TV Licence, Council Tax and all the Gas and Electric you will need.
