Looking for a clean and tidy house mate who will respect and look after the property. No smokers or pet owners. In return I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom detached house on a lovely private estate. Apart from a Double bedroom you also benefit from your own private living room and bathroom (not ensuite)and off street parking. Shared areas are Hall, landing and kitchen. All bills included apart from telephone calls from the landline. This can be paid for seperatly if required. Excellent access to M57 and only 20mins drive from Liverpool city centre.
