There are 4 double bedrooms for rent in a new build, efficient modern house. Moving in dates and length of stay can be negotiated. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water, unlimited internet-Sky). All rooms are available for students or professionals. Groups and individuals are welcome.

It is modern, spacious and close to the University of Liverpool (15 minute walk). Town is 20-25 minutes walk away. All the bedrooms come with a double bed and mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table chair and desk. All furniture is in neutral colours and matching. The kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, extra freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a kitchen table and chairs (sits 4-6). There are 2 double sofa beds in the living room and a TV.

There are good transport links as there are buses into town every 10 minutes form the end of the road, and there are train stations; Edge Hill and Lime street close by. There are also shops less than a 5 minute walk away.
