Three-bedroom semi-detached furnished house in Broadgreen/Childwall area available from November.

The house is on a quiet road with off-road parking and excellent access to M62 and Edge Lane Drive with Liverpool city centre only 3 miles away.

The larger double bedroom has a double bed, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers and has been freshly decorated. Couples are welcome to share this room but this will increase the monthly cost to £500. The room is approximately 4. 5 metres x 3. 5 metres (13ft x 10ft)

The second bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe with shelving. It is situated at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. The room is 3. 5 x 3. 5 metres (10ft x 10ft).

The third bedroom is currently set up as a home office with desk but can be used as a single bedroom.

The kitchen has cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher & is stocked with adaquate cutlery, crockery and pan sets for three people.

As the whole house will be vacant from November, buddy-up housemates will be welcome. Sole occupancy would also be considered but this would increase the rent to £500 per month for the whole house.

Communal living room, with TV, Xbox and DVD player, has reclining settee and is spacious and bright. There is a separate dining room / reception with double doors leading to a patio area and large lawned garden. Garden furniture and BBQ are also available. There is also a garden shed for additional storage of bikes etc.

Every room in the house has been freshly decorated to a high standard.

All bills except for electricity and gas usage are included which will be shared by the housemates. During the winter, these bills are about £100 per month dropping to £50 in summer so expect to pay approximately £40-50 extra each month when two are sharing.
