Room available in Large Victorian house

I have a double room to let, would suit single person or 2 as room is a twin. Excellent public transport links to everywhere in city and can walk into city centre in 20 mins. Universities are 15 minutes walk. Ready in April 2014. Really warm and friendly house very spacious and clean. We have a cleaner who comes in once a week so no need for cleaning duties, although everyone does tidy up after themselves. I have been a host family for foreign students for a while so have met people from many cultures and have really enjoyed it. Only advertising as too busy at moment to prepare meals for students so just want to rent room out. You have full use of kitchen, dining room, Wifi, washing machine and dryer. There is also a TV in every room. This would suit someone who likes a quiet and friendly home.
