This large comfy house has good-sized double bedrooms for rent and is suited to working people who are looking for a nice homely environment.

The house is a three-bedroomed house over three floors, located near the popular area of Smithdown Road, close to local amenities including Sefton Park, Asda and Lark Lane. It is within walking distance of the city centre and easily accessible by bus. On-street parking is also available and the area is very safe.

It has a lovely shared living room, a dining room, and a pretty big kitchen which is fully equipped with washing machine, tumbledryer, cooker, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There are two bathrooms in the house and an additional living room on the first floor. Tenants have full use of the entire house and there is lots of space for three people to live comfortably together.

The house has wireless broadband throughout and a full range of Sky television channels including Sky Sports.

Bedroom Two: has a super king-sized bed, a large wardrobe, bedside locker and chest of drawers. There is no desk for work or reading but there is a desk downstairs in the living room which previous tenants have used.

I'm looking for tenants who are good at keeping it clean and tidy, and enjoy having a nice environment to relax in after a busy working day.
