The living room has a TV, a sofa and matching armchair, and is also south facing, with a bay window looking out onto the street.

Car parking is always available outside the house, with Edge Lane just 200 yards or so away, giving an easy route out towards to the motorways to the east, or an equally easy run in to the city, past the hospital and the university. The A5089 also provides good run to the south towards the airport

It is a mixed house, male and female, and we always try to make sure that the mix is 2/2 for balance.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including WiFi, Council tax and TV licence. There are no fees, so the only thing you pay is the rent.
