3 X Penny Lane Double!!

Hello We have a 2 double rooms available in our lovely mixed house on penny lane.

The current residents are 2 students, architecture and medicine a nurse and a uni lecturer who works in liverpool. I'm Sam( the one doing medicine) my lovely housemates are either moving home after graduation or to greener pastures. Ideally I'm looking for students as this affects our council tax payments( all students = no council tax)

The house is lovely, the heating is amazing so you forget how cold it is outside, we have a lovely little garden, nice for popping out for a cigarette or in the summer for barbecues, with a shed for storage( although this is getting pretty full). We have the one bathroom which works well as we all get up a different times and a great little kitchen/living room which means you can chat and cook at the same time.

off the kitchen is a a small utility room with a fridge/freezer, sink, bins, recycling and washing machine.

Really close to Asda, and tesco (5-8 mins walk) but also have a small Londis 2 mins walk. Near the bus stop which go to the universities and liverpool one. Taxis are a fiver to town in delta and under a tenner in a black cab. Lots of nice little pubs, the dove dale, the foggerty and the brookhouse. As well as Penny lane wine bar if you fancy something nice.

An off licence thats open til 5 so no need to worry about running out of booze if we're having a late one. A little about me, I'm 28 and a medical student starting next year as i've just finished a foundation year. I like socialising, heading out to the pub, watching comedy(arrested development, todd margaret ,south park etc)and love road cycling and rugby I also enjoy the gym and cycling just an average guy really would prefer a mixed house as the 50/50 boy girl spilt has been great and works really well but it really depends on the people.

The first bedroom is a large double with a wardrobe, desk and bedside tables, it's on the ground floor, why the same price you ask, because the landlord wanted an even split and we picked straws!

The third room is on the second floor and next to the bathroom. Its got a double built in storage, desk and drawers
