very nice and tidy 5 bedrooms flat fully and newly furnitured to high standards the flat contains 2 bathrooms 1 big kitchen and dining and tv area. the flat is very close to local shops and supermarkets and good transport links .approximately 1 mile away from city centre .and less than 10 minutes walk from universities .the area is very safe and peacefull and has good mixture of different nationalities .landlorld is very reliable and lives local and only 1 phone call away :) the rent includes all utilities and broadband .flatmates are always chosen very carefully and we only can only accept tidy and responsible people .also have a 4 bed house available for a family or to share .
