Fantastic double room in a friendly house

Hello
We are 3 female professionals in our mid- 20s looking for an easy going housemate to join us in our lovely home in Aigburth. We enjoy cooking and hanging out together but being busy folk we also respect each others’ space.
All the rooms are fully furnished & spacious, with central heating throughout. The room on offer is great size too, the picture doesn’t do it justice!
The communal spaces are big enough for all to share with a large kitchen diner. The lounge has super comfy sofas that are great to sink into after a long day.
There’s an additional toilet and shower room and the ground floor which are pretty handy.
We’re looking forward to making use of the outdoor space which has tables and chairs for when it warms up.. fingers crossed!

As well as being a great house to live in it’s also ideally situated for easy transport links. Three minutes walk from St Michaels MerseyRail Station with access to the City Centre, Southport, Manchester, Chester etc.
The house is really close (less than five minute walk) to the ever vibrant Lark Lane with pubs, restaurants and Sefton Park! There’s a tescos and a homebargains round the corner too, so no chance you’ll go hungry : )
