Quiet and friendly houseshare!

Hi, we are a house of three people with two rooms currently spare. 2 of us are students- me, final year languages, 29, and Aimee, 21, a dance student, and also Jamal, 26 who is doing an apprenticeship.
We are a quiet but friendly household, we like to keep the house clean and tidy, we all get on well and enjoy hanging out cooking together, sharing meals, spending time in the local park, yet also respect each others’ space and privacy.
There are 2 rooms going at the moment, both double, one on the second floor and one on the ground floor. Pictures to follow!
The house in general is large, spacious, recently renovated, 2 bathrooms, period features, huge kitchen, basement, back yard, with broadband wireless and bills included in rent.
The location’s really convenient- buses run into the city centre every 5 mins from directly across the road, and it takes about 10-15mins to get right into the centre of town. There are also buses to Sefton Park, Aigburth and other areas. There’s also a very big ASDA within walking distance, along with newsagents, grocers, butchers, off licence, etc, on our road. Newsham Park is also just across the road.
