Hello,
I have a double room to rent in my home in Old Swan. It is a two bedroom terraced house with on street parking.
The room is furnished with a new double bed from Dreams and it has a closet which can be used for shoes. I have not bought any other furniture so you may want to buy a chest of drawers. There is an also internet connection.
I am a 26 Irish professional female and I would like to share with a female of around a similar age group (no students/males sorry). I am loking for someone thats clean, tidy and fairly sociable :) There will be no contract- just a months notice for easy of both parties. (However, a contract can be formed for the right person).
Rent is £300 per month which includes bills (council tax, water, tv licence, gas, electricity and internet). Room available immediately.
