Lovely spacious house off Smithdown Road with a large double bedroom. Fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all white appliances. Three bathrooms, large living/dining room and big kitchen.
£80 a week includes all bills (except internet).
Space for bikes in hallway, excellent landlord. 25 minute walk to Uni.
