A large room with TV and broadband in family house very close to Sefton Park and within 10: minute bus ride of the centre of Liverpool. The area has large parks, old and new buildings and a vibrant and diverse community.
Own toilet and use of kitchen bathroom and garden. The household is myself (aged64) my son and three cats. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen.
Suitable for a student who needs somewhere quiet to work, but near the city, the universities, bars and shops. Lodge Lane is two minutes walk away, with many different and interesting food shops, a pub, chemist and off licence. We need the room for Christmas, but will reserve it for you over the holiday without payment.
NB I CANNOT RENT THE ROOM OUT FROM 20TH DECEMBER UNTIL 5th JANUARY.
