Located very close to Anfield and Goodison Park, as well as Aintree, City Centre and Lime Street Station (less than 3 miles), Echo Arena, Waterfront, Beatles' Story and many other attractions.

I am looking to rent rooms out as I come and go from the house a lot with work and other commitments, so am often away. I would expect the property to be kept clean and tidy and generally respected.
