This is the house I live in, and so far I have enjoyed just over a year of sharing it with other people.

I'm sociable, but equally enjoy my alone time and am respectful of others' need for space.

I spend most of my time either working as a locum pharmacist, or on my own business but they are for the most part a means to doing what I enjoy; Cooking (I make a mean curry), making juices (and trying to be healthy!), reading books, watching movies, listening to music, and having a chat over a few drinks whether that be in the house or out and about in the buzz and atmosphere of Town - there's loads of great places springing up, and it's always fun to discover a new one.

This is not a 'party house' but I love meeting new people so invite your friends over by all means. A bit of noise and mess is normal, I only ask that you use your common sense to decide when too much is too much. Respect is the main rule here - think about others and leave things as you would want to find them...

The deposit is £200. There is a £25 admin fee. You will need to provide copies of your 3 most recent payslips, an employer reference, and a previous landlord reference - or if you are a student who isn't working, you will need to provide proof of funds and/or your letter from the student loans company which mentions the amount you are entitled to and when it will be reaching your account.
