Comfortable house in lovely area, very close to bus & train with easy access into city centre (7 minutes) by train. All usual amenities; dishwasher, washing machine etc. Garden to rear with large trees front and back of house. End townhouse in quiet close, very short walk to river promenade and Otterspool park. There is parking available outside. Available one room on top floor next to bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Shared living room and kitchen. There is one friendly dog. So need to be animal friendly. Would ideally suit mature student looking for somewhere quiet to work or professional working full time. There are three rooms at the top of the house with one as a spare box room. Upstairs bathroom is shared by two people. The other room is on the ground floor with its own bathroom. All occupants share the kitchen and living room on the middle floor. Available now is one of the top floor rooms which has double bed, chest of drawers and new oak wardrobe. We are generally quiet, clean and tidy, friendly, watch films, read books, drink wine occasionally. Looking for someone normal; 😀
