I am looking for a housemate who is clean, considerate and sociable. Everything in the house is up to a high standard and with a comfy cosy feel. The house has a garden, which backs onto a square of trees.

Your room is the largest in the house. In your room you have 2 chest of drawers, a clothes rail, a built in cupboard, mirror, double bed with memory foam topper and a table. The room has a view of trees & garden out the back. There is also an ariel installed if you would like a TV in your room.

I am at work 9-5 Monday to Friday and mostly out a couple of nights a week but when I am around I would be happy to have a chat or not - it's up to you. I do have a cat, so I need someone who is cat friendly.

The local area is really quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The house is on 2 bus routes either the 9 or 10 via Prescot Rd route or 12, 13, 15 via West Derby Rd route. Also very near to the M62.
