Double room to Georgian appartment

Hi I'm at 29 year old professional looking to a new house mate. The room is fully furnished with double bed, 2 x wardrobes, chest of draws, desk, 2 x bed side table. The apartment has two bathrooms so that tenant will have use of the flats main bathroom as their own . There is a large combined kitchen/dining room/lounge for shared use which is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, cooking utensils, TV etc. The flat has drive way parking, a shared garden and garage for bikes etc. Situated within walking distance of Penny Lane, its close to the restaurants and bars of Allerton Road and within running distance of Sefton and Calderstones Park.

For short term lets rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax and a cleaner) at £115 per week. However for something longer term rent would be £90 per week and we would split the bills. Please get in touch. I'm pretty flexible with dates and happy for short term lets.
