Large Double En Suite Room to Let

A large double en suite room with a wardrobe to let. The house is in Cressington Heath, a new residential neighbourhood not far from Aigburth/Garston. The house was built in 2011. It is a terraced house with three floors: the kitchen and dinning areas (separate rooms) are on the first floor - there is also a toilet on this floor; the en suite room and living room are on the second floor; and three bedrooms are on the last floor, which I occupy. This floor has its own toilet and bath.

I am a professional (lecturer in a University) and live alone. I, therefore, want to share with another professional. I am renting only the en suite room and so as two occupants of the house (the tenant and myself), there is a lot of space for us. I am an affable and courteous gentleman. Train and bus stations are within walking distance. Cressington Heath is about 5 miles (or 12 minutes drive)to the city centre.

The rent is inclusive of all bills - gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, sky TV, and wireless broadband. There are washing machine-dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen. Double glazing and gas central heating.
