I'm looking to rent out the spare room in my house. The house itself is a new build completed in early 2014 and has all new furniture. It's situated in the Toxteth area just outside the city centre. Brunswick train station is a short walk away and is a 4 minute journey to Central Station. The house is also close to Park Road and all it's amenities including the 82 bus route and a Tesco store. The Lark Lane and Sefton Park area is also just a short bus/train journey away. The rent includes all bills. I'm looking for a clean and tidy housemate and someone who is sociable and easy to get along with. Me, I'm into my cooking, socialising, travelling and generally relaxing.
