Hi, I have a spare large double room for rent in a great location. I am friendly and outgoing and would welcome someone like minded. I have had a couple of housemates before and am used to sharing the house. Theres a lounge and separate dining room/kitchen. Large pretty yard - so plenty of space to entertain and not always be on top of one another! ! I have a small pet dog who is very friendly. The house is on a quiet and frienfly street with bus stops at the end of the road with regular buses directly into city centre. Allerton road bars and shops are within ten min walk and there is a supermarket and local bars / restaurants literally on the doorstep. Please feel free to ask any questions for further info.
