Student Home-Double Room Available. 135 Mill Ln
What we’re offering
The house in question is a pleasant two floor building situated in an opportune location, close to bus stops tied to major routes, and a comfortable walk from shops and other attractions.
The house itself is well equipped, including a compact kitchen bearing all the essentials (washing machine, microwave, fridge) and space to store some things.
The kitchen boasts an excellent view of the rather spacious garden, making it perfect for leisure. While it may seem bare now, there are plans for some cultivation (herbs, tomatoes, etc.) which you would be welcome to join!
The bathroom is in a conveniently separate room from the toilet for ease of access, and is of course immaculately tiled.
The room we are offering to you is a luxurious downstairs room with a double bed, complete with a sizeable window for that lovely natural light.
What Are We Like?
The three of us are 19 year old males, and soon-to-be second year university students.
While the three of us share a friendship which dates back to the start of secondary school, we assure you that we’re a friendly bunch. Our interests differ on some points, but one thing we all enjoy is gaming. If you want to share something new with us, we’ll likely take (or convincingly feign,) an interest too!
None of us are particularly religious, but we’re not Dawkins-tier atheists either, so you don’t need to worry about us bothering you, if your spiritual views differ.
As for our degrees, one of us takes joint History and English, another pure History, and another Psychology.
Who Are We Looking For?
Ultimately, this isn’t a talent competition, but we would really like a roommate with the following qualities:
• Tidiness/cleanliness
• Someone who appreciates the sanctity of personal property
• Someone who is ‘laid back’ – What we mean by this, is somebody who will not turn up their music at unreasonable volumes at night, or constantly invite masses of people over. We don’t mind guests, but we would like you to remember that others will be living here too.
