We have two double rooms available to rent in a two-floored apartment which is part of a larger Victorian Gothic Church conversion. The rent is £292 pcm excluding bills. There is currently one male young professional and two female young professionals living here. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained.
We are searching for two young professionals to move in who are around the same age (20s), and are neat, tidy, and friendly.
Move in dates for both rooms are as follows:
Room 1: 30th July
Room 2: 24th Aug
We are close to all amenities, including Tesco, which is a 5 minute walk away. The popular bars and restaurants of Lark Lane are also nearby. There is a bus route outside the flat that takes 10 minutes to get to University and the city centre, or one on Princes Road which takes 15-20 minutes.
