The room itself has a double bed and is furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and is on the 1st floor. Included for the occupant of this room is the upstairs loft conversion with a large desk and chair. Creates a perfect private study area for any students.

The rest of the house is modern and well fitted. Includes a large bathroom and living room which are well furnished and a clean kitchen with all standard white goods (fridge/freezer/washer).

The house is situated a minute from Smithdown Road and the bus stops with regular buses to University and the city center all day taking around 10-15 minutes. Also 2 minutes walk from Asda and Aldi. There is also space in the street outside to park.

The other housemates are all 3rd year students who are all very welcoming and clean and tidy.
