Nice room to rent in a recently refurbished home

Hi I’m Craig, I have a double room to rent in a recently refurbished and fully furnished 3 Bed house complete with gardens and conservatory.

The house is bright and spacious with a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house has a sizable dining room and comfortable living room inclusive of a log burning stove.

You will share the house with me and two friendly cats. I’m chilled out, sociable and hardworking. I like to climb and cycle to keep in shape. I like to listen to a variety of music, mainly rock and I'm always happy to be introduced to new things. I like the occasional drink in the local, to a big night out with friends.

I’m a working professional through the week and I am looking to share with the same, or a post grad student. I’m happy to live with a male or a female; I’d like someone I can get happily along with and they the same with me.

The property is very close to Wavertree Teck Pk Station for easy access to the city centre and it’s a five minute drive from the motorway. There are shops, bars, a library, park, a leisure centre with pool and a cinema all in the local vicinity.
